Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) with expertise in GenAI, Full Stack Development, and Enterprise AI Adoption. This is a hands-on engineering role responsible for deploying, integrating, and enabling GenAI solutions across enterprise teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with modern AI developer tools, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and full-stack application development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered enterprise applications using Devin, Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI developer tools.

  • Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise SDLC workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Partner with Line of Business (LOB) teams to accelerate software delivery using AI-driven solutions.

  • Lead GenAI tool onboarding, enablement, and user adoption initiatives.

  • Develop best practices for prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI-assisted development.

  • Monitor application performance and optimize GenAI tool usage across teams.

  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and support enterprise-scale AI implementations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
