Job description

Data Analysis and Entry
This short-term engagement will work to identify and update key data points into newly created fields within the R&M module of ServiceNow. Optimal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working with data points and be quality-focused to ensure that manual errors are kept to a minimum.
Duties:
• Extract data records from ServiceNow into excel-based files and build mass-upload excel-based files pairing unique identifiers from the ServiceNow records to information to be updated to fields in ServiceNow.
• Perform analysis in ServiceNow record notes or attached files to extract contract data and update new fields created in ServiceNow (i.e., for multi-year contracts, update the start/end date of each year and the annual amount associated - the data resides either in a notes field or in the order form file and needs to be updated in new fields that capture these specific data points.)
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team to establish connections between their Application IDs (APM records) in a non-connected portion of ServiceNow and the new field in the R&M module of ServiceNow.
