Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Positions Available: 3

Position Overview:

The Transaction Processor will support high-volume administrative processing operations related to enrollment and eligibility transactions. Reporting to a Transaction Processing Supervisor, this role is responsible for researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with internal staff and stakeholders.

  • Process transactions accurately according to established procedures and guidelines.

  • Meet or exceed daily productivity targets for assigned tasks.
