The Opportunity:
CACI has an immediate opening for a Secretary III supporting the US Navy's operations in Kittery, ME. The position includes a broad cross-section of business administration functions.
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain shared office files, records, logs, and document repositories
  • Support office-wide supply ordering, inventory tracking, and common resource coordination
  • Answer main office phone lines and route inquiries appropriately
  • Perform word processing, formatting, and proofreading of office documents
  • Assist with group-level meeting logistics (booking conference rooms, setting up materials-but not managing any individual's calendars)
  • Manage mail distribution, package receipt, and office-wide correspondence channels
  • Support administrative workflows (forms processing, data entry, shared trackers)
  • Provide customer service to visitors at a central office reception point, not as dedicated gatekeeping for a senior official
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Must be a proficient typist capable of typing "camera-ready" copies at a minimum of 60 accurate/correct words per minute
  • 3+ years' experience with MS Office suite of products including word processing, spreadsheet and database tools.
  • Experience document control.
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage work in a time-sensitive operational environment.
  • DOD Secret clearance.

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
