Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized Data Entry - Sales Assistant for a contract position with a growing manufacturing company in Plymouth, MA.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales operations, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately.
What You'll Do
  • Enter, process, and update customer orders in the ERP system
  • Update sales orders based on manufacturing schedules and customer changes
  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and sales information in ERP and CRM systems

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative and order entry experience preferred
  • Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 100% On-Site in Plymouth, MA
Pay
