Job description

Position Summary Under close supervision, the Human Resources Associate performs professional level work in support of a wide variety of Human Resources activities within the Company. The position will perform administrative duties including data entry and filing, maintaining personnel records and assisting with record audits. The HR Associate will also assist with gathering documentation for audits as well as processing vendor and benefits payment activities. Compensation The compensation range for this job is: $46,286.00 - $58,348.00. Essential Functions Assist with maintaining data entry and sorting inquiries within the Human Resources department. Maintain personnel files in compliance with state and federal regulations. Assist with drafting communications and job descriptions. May assist with coordinating meetings, trainings, interviews and/or orientations. Process vendor payments and benefits contributions. Assist with administration of contracts with outside vendors. Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications Detail Oriented – Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task. Initiative – Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal. Judgment – The ability to formulate a sound decision using the available information. Innovative – Ability to look beyond the standard solutions. Problem Solving – Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems. Skills & Abilities Education: Associate degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related field. Equivalent education, experience, and training may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year‐for‐year basis. Experience: One year of professional level human resources experience.
