Proficiency in project management software (such as MS Project), familiarity with data center standards (like Uptime Institute or TIA-942), and contract management systems are essential. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills help manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, maintaining detailed project documentation, and regularly monitoring progress can help mitigate risks and keep the project on track. Adaptability and quick problem-solving are also key in navigating unexpected issues that may arise during the construction or migration phases.
