About the Opportunity

micro1 is engaging Generalists to contribute to a dynamic customer project focused on training and evaluating next-generation AI systems. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills who can provide high-quality insights across a range of topics. No prior AI experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, evaluate, and annotate various datasets to support AI system training and validation.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and high-quality written input and feedback based on project requirements.
  • Review and refine AI model outputs to improve relevance, accuracy, and overall quality.
  • Complete problem-solving tasks requiring critical thinking and cross-domain understanding.
  • Apply project guidelines consistently across assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to maintain project standards.
  • Communicate findings, observations, and insights effectively through written and verbal channels.
  • Identify inconsistencies or areas for improvement in data and model outputs.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all project activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote project teams in a digital-first environment.
