Location: Plano, TX 75074

Position: Cable Assembly/Wire Harness

1st Shift: 7:30am-4pm

Pay: $16-$18/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Must have Copper cable experience
  • Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electro mechanical components according to work instructions, blueprints, and schematics
  • Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and route wires and cables
  • Read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
  • Conduct continuity testing and quality inspections to ensure accuracy and functionality
  • Identify and report defects, damaged materials, or process issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cable assembly, wire harness assembly
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Experience using hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, and testing equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
