TITLE: Culinary Prep Cook
SUMMARY
Responsible for production of all culinary food prep.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • - Accountable for following recipe guidelines and specs to ensure Culinary Food Prep consistency and quality
  • - Maintain proper food storage, rotation, and organization
  • - Maintain food levels that are consistent with business volume and needs
  • - Accountable for kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards including time and temperature tracking, cooling, and product rotation
  • - Accountable for Guest Satisfaction and Overall Experience
  • - Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed and necessary

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • - 2+ years of Front and/or Back of the house experience in a high-volume, full- service food environment preferred but not required.
  • - Cannot be convicted of a felony.
  • - Ability to multi-task and quickly think on your feet.
  • - Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • - Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • - Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.
  • - Ability to enforce company's standards, policies, and procedures.
  • - Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate work.
  • - Possess good communication skills to deal with staff.
  • - Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
  • - Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance and convey self-confidence.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
