This role requires a willingness to commute to project sites within a 100-mile radius of Columbus, OH based on project needs.Candidates must be comfortable with consistent daily travel and field-based work as a core function of the role.Upon completion of the Jeffersonville project, this role may be reassigned to support other active data center or industrial construction sites within the region.What You'll DoLead BMS and EPMS construction projects from kickoff through commissioning and turnoverManage subcontractors, general contractors, and vendors in a fast-paced industrial construction environmentDirect Low Voltage Technicians and set daily field priorities on active jobsitesCoordinate with Controls PM for L3-L5 system check out [i.e. P2P, Programming and Commissioning activities]Oversee installation and commissioning of panels, meters, gateways, and control systemsReview Contracts, Drawings, Specifications, and Schedules Of Values to ensure compliance with construction documentsManage RFIs, submittals, billing, change orders and pay applications using Procore and client systemsTrack project risks, resolve field issues, and maintain construction schedules and milestonesEnforce safety, quality, and documentation standards in data center environmentsWork EnvironmentField-based Project Manager role with daily presence on an active industrial construction siteWork performed in data centers and heavy industrial environmentsExposure to noise, dust, heat, and changing weather conditionsRegular use of Procore, project scheduling tools, and mobile devices in the fieldRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in industrial construction or data center constructionProven experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationshipsStrong understanding of construction means and methods (electrical, mechanical, or controls)Experience with Procore, including RFIs, submittals, change orders and pay applicationsStrong Excel skills for cost tracking, reporting, and schedule of values managementAbility to lead field teams and communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractorsPreferred QualificationsExperience with BMS, EPMS, controls systems, or low-voltage electrical systemsFamiliarity with data center construction projectsExperience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6Knowledge of Ethernet/IP, Modbus, or industrial communication protocolsCareer PathThis role begins with a structured onboarding and shadowing period (approximately 6 months) to ensure alignment with JSET project standards, systems, and client expectations.
