The Facility Controller effectively supervises and coordinates all aspects of the facility business office with the financial and operational goals and objectives of the facility and facility support center. 

  • Analyze the monthly financial statements with Warden and Assistant Wardens using analytical skills to develop operational efficiencies. 
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all applicable administrative, operational, corporate accounting and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Implement a general knowledge of all Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and have a working knowledge of the terms of the applicable management contracts.
  • Establish, modify, document and coordinate the implementation of financial, accounting and administrative procedures and internal controls for the facility that are in keeping with accepted accounting principles and corporate policies and procedures.
