Requirements

YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

  • Providing overall project management and project team coordination.
  • Developing business and networking.
  • Managing and producing aspects of the project, including design, production, and quality control.
  • Leading assistance in the development and maintenance of the project budgets and schedules.
  • Nurturing and establishing strong relationships with all outside parties involved in a project as their primary project contact, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Preparing and completing thorough proposals.
  • Mentoring and directing project team members.
  • Enjoy working on a variety of project types.
  • Being an ambassador of RRM.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • Ten (10) years of practical experience in the management and design of projects
  • Experience in REVIT.
  • Active California Architectural licensure.
  • Familiarity with California codes, facilitating projects through enforcement agencies, and contract administration.
  • Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and trends.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent architectural detailing skills.
