Starting Pay: $28.00/hr

Select Staffing is hiring a Construction Billerto manage project billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities. This role works closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure accurate billing and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Prepare and submit progress billings, final billings, and change orders.

·        Review contracts and ensure billing compliance.

·        Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.

·        Process subcontractor and supplier documentation, including AIA billing and releases.

·        Set up new jobs, file preliminary liens, and support contract compliance.

·        Code and enter A/P invoices as needed.

·        Maintain organized records and assist with month-end reporting.
