Job Title:      .Net Technical Lead Developer

Location:      Omaha, NE (Hybrid) local 

Duration:     3+ Months Contract (possible extension of long term)

Work Location - Omaha Office - In Person Monday and Wednesday Required, Remote Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Job Description:

The .Net Technical Lead Developer will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all software and related artifacts at Mosaic. This may include, but is not limited to, API integrations, .NET/React native applications, modernization of legacy scripting (perl/python/php), testing automation, and facilitation of data integration requirements using APIs / Custom solutions. Provide oversight of functional .Net applications while also being directly involved with .NET application coding, system debugging, code reviewing, and the development of operational procedures. Ensures the software development team produces scalable and functional applications that meet Mosaic's specifications.

A Day in the Life:

  • Create and maintain applications to support business functions using .NET and React native
  • Maintain middleware functions to support data interfaces from on prem, cloud, and SaaS data sources
  • Participate in an Agile SDLC
  • Implements tools and practices to prevent security breaches and other exposures
  • Lead root cause analysis for production errors and recommend fixes for code, application design and architecture.
  • Facilitates code reviews, product rollouts, fixes, and updates as needed
  • Contribute in establishing naming conventions, development standards, branching and merging of code and standard operating procedures for the development team
  • Develop and maintain a technical roadmap to take advantage of technology features introduced in new relases.
  • Mentors and supports junior members of the development team on an as needed basis to help them develop technical skills and best practices
  • Meets with customers and the project team to determine application requirements
  • Reviews requirements to estimate development work effort
  • Analyzes system requirements and development tasks
  • Develops technical specifications
  • Make recommendations on the application development, design and architecture
  • Writes secure and scalable code for .NET software applications.
  • Reviews and debugs .NET applications
  • Deploys functional websites, programs, and applications
