Part-Time Office Support Specialist

Location: Omaha, NE

Schedule: Part-Time

Pay: $20-$25 per hour


The Opportunity

Prime Connected is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Support Specialist to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

A primary focus of this position will be supporting one of our clients by labeling, scanning and preparing items, along with assisting with other general office needs as they arise.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organized, task-focused work and is looking for a consistent part-time position in a professional office environment.


What You'll Do

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Activate devices by following a simple, established process
  • Apply preprinted identification labels accurately
  • Use a handheld 3D scanner to scan device and label QR codes into a spreadsheet
  • Verify scanned information.
  • Check your work to ensure each device and label are correctly matched
  • Keep devices, labels, and work materials organized
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Help with occasional office and administrative projects as needed

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently on repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.

You should have basic computer skills including simple spreadsheets, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established processes accurately. Previous office or administrative experience is helpful, but not required.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who shows up, stays organized, and takes pride in getting the details right.
