Overview

Sr. Business Analyst -Cross‑Sell Marketing IT Implementation

Project Overview

The objective of this initiative is to identify and target existing customers with personalized offers to drive adoption of additional carrier products. The solution will leverage customer data, purchasing history, and behavioral insights to increase customer lifetime value and incremental revenue. Success depends on seamless integration across marketing, digital enrollment, sales, customer service, analytics, and third‑party platforms—while meeting data privacy and regulatory requirements.

  • This is a Temp-To-Hire, W-2 position. We are not able to do 1099 or C2C.
  • It is a fully remote role that will need to be based in the U.S.
  • You must meet our U.S. Eligibility requirements for work authorization as noted under.
How you’ll make an impact Role Expectations

The Senior BA will act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external vendors. Responsibilities include:

  • Discovery & Scoping: Lead requirements elicitation, define scope, document business/functional/data requirements, and identify dependencies, risks, and integration points.
  • Data & Analytics: Support data modeling and integrations, including scoring attributes, inbound cross‑sell dispositions (offers, acceptance/decline). Define requirements for ongoing data refresh and schema updates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Marketing Enablement: Define requirements for SFMC journey orchestration across channels (direct mail, email, SMS, ringless voicemail), including segmentation, automation, performance tracking, and integration with in‑house application. Nice to have.
  • Digital Enrollment (Web): Document requirements for enrollment experiences, including custom landing pages, opt‑in permissions, customer identification (reference codes/URLs), quote functionality, analytics tracking, and additional post‑enrollment cross‑sell offers.
  • Agent‑Assisted Enrollment: Define requirements for inbound enrollment via licensed agents, including agent authentication and enrollment workflows consistent with customer‑facing processes.
  • Integrations & Workflows: Document end‑to‑end integrations (payment pre‑auth/tokenization, carrier binding, enrollment, post‑enrollment data feeds).
  • Delivery & Support: Support backlog refinement, UAT, defect triage, go‑live readiness, and post‑launch stabilization and optimization (dependent on project timeline).
About You Required Experience
  • Senior‑level BA with experience supporting large, multi‑system IT implementations
  • Proven experience with data modeling, system integrations, and analytics
  • Experience with digital enrollment, payment processing, and third‑party vendor coordination
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer data, and campaign orchestration
  • Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience operating in regulated environments with privacy and compliance considerations
