Job description

  • Meet/coordinate with customer at Property Managment for US Coast Guard and logistic.
  • Verifications by cage code/ Loan Updates For upcoming contract close-outs/For APO reconciliation process.
  • Assist with updating work processes and procedures i.e., flow charts, power point slides.
  • Schedule turn in appointment for property in possession, 1-2 days before contract end date.
  • Coordinate return warehouse for processing. Includes providing instructions and shipping information.

  • As applicable perform any sanitization of storage media or hard drives, remove hard drive of property items to be turned in for disposal to DLA-DS or other disposal sites, and prepare and sign document verifying sanitization of media.
  • Responsible for efficiently preparing and completing all necessary disposal tags and documents to ensure timely disposal and avoid unnecessary delays.
  • Provide shipment IDs for assets received (per Asset Visibility Report)
