Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting

  • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
  • Adhere to facility dress code, safety, and compliance standards as outlined during onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama (permanent license required)
