🛠️ What You'll Do
  • Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or similar CAM software
  • Program CNC mills and lathes for custom and one-off manufacturing projects
  • Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings
  • Support machine setup, prove-outs, and first-piece inspections
  • Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to ensure quality production
  • Select tooling, speeds, and feeds to maximize efficiency and part quality
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve processes and reduce cycle times
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the shop

  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience
  • Proficiency with Mastercam or similar CAM software
  • Experience programming both CNC mills and lathes
