Will also plan, coordinate and supervise activities relating to major contracts.* Manage a category plan/program in line with the organizations' purchasing/procurement and/or sales strategy ensuring realization of synergies, like cost savings and risk-reduction, and/or optimization of the category profit, while reporting to senior colleagues.* Collect and analyze the key cost drivers, market dynamics and issues, areas of innovation, and alternative suppliers for high-risk area(s) with few alternatives/high costs of changing, in consultation with relevant functions to provide solid market information for decision making.* Develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.**REQUIREMENTS*** University / Post Graduate (Masters Degree) in engineering, business administration or equivalent qualification* 5 to 10 years of experience in construction contract administration or managing commercial relationship in large investment projects being executed on an EPC/EPCM contractor basis* Established project management skills and knowledge of relevant IT tools* Professional applicable experience including contract administration and/or subcontract administration, claims management and drafting / reviewing contract related documents and correspondence* Change order and claims negotiation management experience Procurement phase experience reviewing RFPs, certs and reps compliance, contract terms and risk assessment support* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders within and outside the organization* Flexibility and willingness to travel (20-30%)* Ability to develop commercial relationships across a range of cultures to ensure the project cost, timeline and quality**Your Application**To ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our careers portal.
