Location: Charlottesville, VA
Pay: $2599.20 per week
Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; On Call 1 week Monthly
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager specializing in Home Health for a travel assignment in Charlottesville, VA. This role involves assessing and delivering care to high-risk members, ensuring their needs are met through thoughtful planning and coordination.
