Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case management services within an acute care hospital setting, managing a caseload of approximately 25 patients per RN
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including social workers and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
  • Utilize documentation systems including Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky to maintain accurate and timely patient records
  • Function independently while contributing to a team-oriented unit environment
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with patients, families, and care team members
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
  • Experience in hospital-based case management
  • Proficiency or ability to quickly learn electronic documentation systems (Meditech, Midas, Wellsky)
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Previous travel nursing experience
