CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES COMPOSITE PRODUCTS

Customer and Sales of Composites and Boat Building Supplies and Equipment. LBI Fiberglass is a full-service supplier of Composite Supplies, tools, and equipment for Marine and Industrial markets. We are seeking a professional to provide great customer service, support, excellent order fulfillment and inventory management.  This is a “hands-on” position. Must be able to learn the technical application and use of LBI composite products.

Job Description

  • Monitor Inventory levels and maintain a well-stocked and clean store and warehouse
  • Provide technical assistance for the use and selection of LBI composite products
  • Mixing and packaging
  • Create or assist with Daily, weekly, monthly reports
  • Maintenance/cleaning/warehouse organization

Skills, Requirements, Benefits, etc.

  • 2 years + Sales and Customer Service, Shipping & Receiving, warehouse and related wholesale distribution experience
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, ability to learn FishBowl inventory software and ZOHO CRM or related experience
  • Knowledge of composite materials preferred such as experience with marine repair, boatbuilding, or composite or fiberglass manufacturing.
  • On-the-Job Technical Training is available for an applicant with good transferable skills.
  • Must be able to lift 70lbs.
  • Background check required
