Responsibilities: The Tier III Azure & Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer provides advanced operational support for clients’ Microsoft Azure GCC and Microsoft 365 environments. This engineer serves as the escalation point for cloud, identity, platform, and collaboration services and is responsible for maintaining secure, compliant, and highly available cloud operations.
• Provide Tier III support for Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage Azure subscriptions, landing zones, resource groups, and platform services.
• Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Manage Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management configurations.
• Support monitoring, alerting, backup, recovery, and operational readiness activities.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud connectivity and tenant issues.
• Support infrastructure modernization and migration initiatives.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and cloud-native tooling.
• Create SOPs, runbooks, and platform architecture documentation.
• Participate in service reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support KPI and SLA performance reporting.
• Coordinate escalations with Microsoft and third-party support providers.
• Conduct knowledge transfer activities for client personnel. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure or cloud operations experience.
• 3+ years administering Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC.
• Experience with PowerShell automation.
• Experience supporting enterprise cloud operations.
• Client projects for this position require U.S. Citizenship.
• Successful drug screening.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator.
• Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert.
• Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect.
• AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect.
• Security+. Location/Work Arrangement:
• Schedule is full-time, Monday – Friday 40-hour week, 4/10’s, or 9/80’s and may require on call or overnight shifts depending on contract needs.
• This position may be fully onsite or hybrid/remote depending on the needs of the specific contract. Benefits:

Starting compensation for this role typical salary ranges between $110,000 and $145,000 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
