Job Title: A&P Mechanic - Rotary Wing

Location: Croydon, Pennsylvania

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $50.00/hr

Job Description

The A&P Mechanic is responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on rotary-wing aircraft in a repair station environment. This role supports both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on helicopter platforms, including Bell, Airbus, Sikorsky, and MD.
  • Complete heavy maintenance and component overhauls as required.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and avionics systems.
  • Document all work in accordance with FAA regulations and repair station manuals.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Essential Skills

  • Valid FAA A&P License.
  • 3–5+ years of civilian helicopter maintenance experience or military rotary-wing maintenance experience.
  • Hands-on experience performing inspections and heavy maintenance.
  • True helicopter maintenance experience, not solely crew chief or flightline support.
  • Experience in a repair station or similar environment.
  • Possession of own tools.
  • Ability to pass compliance.
