Job description

This role is an attorney position focused on supporting corporate immigration matters within a fast-paced, client-driven environment. The attorney will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to manage employment-based immigration filings, provide legal analysis, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations for the duration of defined projects or client engagements.
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research, supervise paralegal work, and ensure accurate use of case management technology in compliance with internal standards and protocols.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and colleagues, contribute to team initiatives, and provide guidance or training to junior team members as needed.
  • Work with case teams to assess eligibility for corporate foreign national employees and prepare non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and related government filings.
  • Advise and collaborate with client stakeholders on immigration program management, compliance, and case strategy, while drafting supporting legal documents and correspondence.

Requirements
  • J.D. or LL.M. with membership in a U.S. state bar or the Washington, D.C. bar and 0-2 years of associate-level legal experience.
  • J.D., with pending bar admission
  • Strong legal writing skills
  • Foundational knowledge of U.S. immigration law with strong analytical, research, and writing skills, including the ability to draft and proofread independently.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to client service, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation: $40-55/hr.
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
