Hiring: Associates, Of Counsel, and Partners
Location: California – Flexible remote or hybrid work options available
Compensation: $130,000 – $275,000 base salary + bonus
Annual Hours Expectation: 1,900

About The Role
We are seeking attorneys to join a dynamic civil litigation team specializing in insurance coverage matters. This position provides opportunities to work full-time, part-time, or on contract, with flexible remote options. The role involves complex litigation in state and federal courts, providing strategic counsel to clients, and collaborating with senior attorneys on high-stakes cases.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage insurance coverage litigation from intake through resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement documents.
  • Prepare and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
