U2U Law PC is seeking a driven and talented Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team in Newport Beach, CA. Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned analysis to support case strategy
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations
  • Manage and maintain a caseload from intake through resolution
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters and litigation strategy
  • Communicate directly with clients to provide updates, gather information, and offer legal counsel
  • Ensure compliance with court deadlines, filing requirements, and procedural rules
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the California State Bar (required)
  • 0–3 years of experience as a practicing attorney preferred
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
