Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Opportunity Summary

Mission Recruiting is representing an established plaintiff litigation boutique seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with approximately 3โ€“10 years of litigation experience in Tustin, California.

This primarily in-office opportunity offers a $150,000โ€“$190,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus merit, settlement, and origination compensation opportunities. There is no billable-hour requirement.

Attorneys independently manage personal injury cases from filing through settlement or trial, with substantive responsibility for depositions, motions, mediation, litigation strategy, and courtroom appearances. The practice prepares cases with trial in mind and offers first- and second-chair opportunities based on experience.

Plaintiff personal injury experience is preferred, but personal injury defense attorneys and experienced solo litigators are encouraged to apply.

About the Opportunity

Attorneys are trusted to independently manage matters while receiving support from experienced litigation professionals. Performance is evaluated based on the quality of legal work, responsiveness, meeting deadlines, and contributing to successful case outcomes rather than generating billable hours.

The attorney will handle matters throughout the litigation lifecycle and develop case strategy with an eye toward trial. Depending on experience, attorneys may serve as first or second chair.

Responsibilities
  • Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation from filing through settlement or trial
