Weekend Shift Hours - Friday - Sunday 6AM-6PM, special weekend differential

Primary Responsibilities:

Set up and operate various wire cut machines, while following specific job orders, to ensure accurate wire and cable cuts are performed.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Set up and operate machines, run job orders as specified, and bundle wires.
  • Understand and follow cut sheets/job orders.
  • Routinely perform quality and quantity checks and verify for accuracy.
  • Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time.
  • Good eyesight with accurate color vision
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
  • Continuously complete assigned tasks and meet production goals.
  • Must have good dexterity with hands.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekend hours as needed.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40-50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
