Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Director, Account Management to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading Taylor Print Impressions' most critical customer relationships while directing a team of Strategic Account Managers. This leader owns strategic account growth, retention, profitability, executive customer engagement, and development of long-term account strategies that create sustainable value for both the customer and the organization. The position reports directly to the Business Unit President.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own client outcomes end-to-end. Lead the full lifecycle of our highest-value accounts, from onboarding through retention with direct accountability for performance.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with the sales team to accelerate organic and new business growth through strategic initiatives, while building lasting client relationships that drive continued business expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Category Leaders and Operations) to align organizational priorities with customer needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers and senior executives within strategic accounts and proactively address client challenges and opportunities, ensuring strong business partnerships.

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just onecomponentof Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
