About the role

Responsible for servicing customers on contractual policy change and disbursement requests; requires knowledge of company products, the ability to interpret policy provisions, and knowledge of administrative procedures; provides back-up support to call center, as needed.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for completing semi-routine policy contract changes and disbursements.

  • Apply knowledge of products, regulatory requirements and policy provisions in order to research and resolve customer requests and inquiries.

  • Enter semi-routine client/customer updates into the appropriate system with moderate supervision.

  • May provide back up support to Call Center.

  • Collaborates with internal partners to reach resolution

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2 - 4 years of related experience.

The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois):

$22.00 - $31.79 per hour

The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
