What You'll Be Doing

·         Lead daily accounting and administrative functions, including but not limited to, payroll, payables, receivables, reporting, and internal controls

·         Support and develop the accounting team

·         Report on budgeting, planning, and company financial performance

·         Prepare financial statements, maintain the general ledger, and manage reconciliations, cash flow, and collections

·         Maintain company records, contracts, licensing, insurance, and financial documents


What We're Looking For

·         Degree in accounting or finance

·         Leadership experience in accounting, finance, or a related field within construction

·         Strong understanding of reporting, cost accounting, payroll, auditing, compliance, WIP schedule and GAAP

·         Experience with general ledger work, reconciliations, and financial statements

·         Construction experience preferred

·         A team-focused leader who enjoys mentoring others and improving processes

·         Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and software implementation
