Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our Savannah branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and process improvement.
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing profit and loss, and ensuring exceptional customer service while fostering a positive work environment. This role is well-suited for leaders with backgrounds in structured, mission-driven environments who excel at motivating teams, enforcing accountability, and maintaining operational readiness.
Duties
  • Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Oversee profit and loss management, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Supervise staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and implement initiatives to expand the customer base.
  • Manage projects related to branch operations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Continuously assess processes for improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and high performance among staff members.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while promoting a safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in management with a strong focus on leadership and team development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution within a branch or similar environment.
