Overview
THE ROLE

The Position: The Project Manager, Operations Transformation leads multi-site manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on productivity, throughput, labor optimization, and operational standardization. This role is responsible for delivering enterprise manufacturing improvements across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional manufacturing transformation projects
  • Drive improvements involving throughput, cycle time, labor productivity, and equipment efficiency
  • Coordinate execution across multiple manufacturing locations
  • Develop standardized implementation plans
  • Partner with plant leadership to ensure execution alignment
  • Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project performance and milestone achievement
  • Ensure measurable operational outcomes are achieved
  • Deliver measurable financial and operational improvements tied to project objectives
  • Drive execution across functions, not just technical solutioning
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS & ABILITIES (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience:8-12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or project leadership
  • Experience leading plant-level or multi-site initiatives
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Proven ability to manage complex operational projects
  • Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
  • Experience in automation deployment preferred
  • Experience in production system optimization preferred
  • Travel: Up to 50%
