As a Business Continuity Specialist,you'llensure mission-critical functions keep running no matter what.This role providessenior-level continuity and emergency management support,leveragingdeep knowledge ofemergency managementandestablishedrelationships to ensure uninterrupted mission continuity.You'llsupportan Intelligence Community (IC) client inmaintaininga highly complexbusiness continuity environment and managing a unique emergency communications program.You'llcollaborate with SMEs, command centers, and external providers to develop and maintain a Casualty and Emergency Notification Program.You'llensuretimelynotifications, analyze real-time metrics, and implement sustainable improvements to enhance crisis response capabilities.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in business continuity and emergency management within the IC

• Experience withfederal continuity directives, including FCD-1 and FCD-2, DoDI 3001.02, and government continuity plans

• Ability to manage personnel accountability programs and massalert notificationsystems

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor's degree

• Possession of excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) or Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) Certifications

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
