Shift: Full Time is weekdays with rotating weekends. Part Time positions available.

As a Resident Care Assistant, you will provide routine assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with each resident's personalized service plan and behavior plan. You will work closely with the care team to support the physical and emotional well-being of the residents.

Must have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work with and care for cognitively impaired residents.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, and regulations related to long-term care.

Nice to have:

  • Experience as a caregiver providing direct care to multiple residents.
  • Experience in an assisted living environment and with behavioral support.
