Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a team of administrative employees
  • Ensure that the any new employees maintain the necessary skills
  • Coordinate and communication with both ProSidian and Contracting Officer throughout contract
  • Ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within timeline and budget parameters
  • Reviews staffing requirements, and allotment of resources to various project phases
  • Assigns duties, responsibilities, and authority for projects
  • Review status reports
  • Provide personnel with technical advice, and solve problems when needed
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • PMP Certified
  • 5 Years of Specialized Experience (Federal) of Program/Contract Management and managing employees/contractors
