Job description

We are seeking a Workforce Coordinator take on the role in arranging staffing coverage, building working relationship with direct support staff and conduct satisfaction check ins. The position also supervises float/substitute staff and arrange for replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage. Are you ready to make a meaningful difference by ensuring direct support staff are well-trained and equipped for their roles? Some duties include:

  • Managing master schedules and assuring adequate staffing in assigned agency departments.
  • Managing substitute and float staff departments, including providing feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Scheduling replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage.
  • Approving, tracking, and reporting various time and payroll metrics.
  • Processing staff call-offs and providing coverage solutions.
  • Participating in weekend on-call

Some qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human service or business-related field, preferred.
  • One to two years of prior experience of a similar scope
  • One to two years supervisory experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through verbal and written mediums.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn and be proficient in scheduling software.
  • Flexibility in assigned working locations and hours.

Offer contingent upon the succressful completetion of a criminal background check, dependernt adult and child abuse background check, and drug screen.
