Job description

PRESS and Under-Study are seeking a creative and highly organized Restaurant Brand & Content Manager to lead visual storytelling, brand communications, and content creation across our hospitality concepts. This role is responsible for capturing and creating content, managing brand communications, and producing both print and digital materials that reflect the quality, hospitality, and overall experience of PRESS and Under-Study.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys telling the story of food, wine, and hospitality through photography, writing, and design. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable managing projects independently, and has a strong understanding of restaurant culture and language.

This role works closely with the culinary, service, and leadership teams to ensure that brand communications authentically reflect the food, wine, and guest experience of PRESS and Under-Study.

The right candidate will enjoy being present during service and events, capturing authentic moments that represent the energy and guest experience of PRESS and Under-Study. Some evening or weekend availability may be required.

Applicants should include a portfolio of relevant work, including photography, writing samples, or design work related to restaurants, hospitality, food, wine, or lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Create and capture content documenting food, service, and events
  • Edit and curate visual content for use across digital and print platforms
  • Maintain an organized library of brand photography, video, and press assets
  • Post content across social media and relevant networking platforms

Communications

  • Draft and distribute newsletters and guest communications
  • Manage incoming media inquiries and coordinate responses with leadership
  • Assist with maintaining press materials and media assets
  • Monitor and respond to questions and comments on social media platforms
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that coordinates with multiple departments to ensure campaigns, events, and deliverables are well planned and executed for maximum impact

Design & Brand Materials

Events & Brand Presence

Qualifications

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently
