Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Process semi-monthly payroll adjustments/corrections. Communicate with store and HQ/Prineville personnel to assist with pay issues/concerns. Process wage attachments. Assist employees/Managers with time-keeping system. Process and manage daily final checks.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process wage garnishments, child support orders, state and federal tax levies and wage assignments. Complete and submit paperwork to agencies within state and federal guidelines. Send written communication to employees regarding wage attachments.

  • Process daily final checks and adjustment payments based on pay period corrections. Working with Store Management and Human Resources daily. Managing a high volume of phone calls regarding payments.

  • Payroll cycle adjustments and corrections.

  • Large volume of phone calls from Store employees and members of Management, HQ/Prineville employees and Managers/Supervisor, and outside agencies regarding wage attachment orders.


MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 1-2 years payroll processing experience required.

  • Accurate 10-key and keyboard skills

  • Proficiency in Excel.
