Flighthouse Media is a leading Gen Z digital media company and creative agency known for culturally fluent, social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. We work with the world's biggest entertainment brands and studios, including: Paramount Pictures, Amazon MGM, Warner Bros., Universal Pictures, and Lionsgate- alongside major consumer brands.
Job Summary
Flighthouse is seeking a detail-oriented and creative intern to support our Content Syndication team. This role offers hands-on experience in content publishing, audience development, analytics, and digital media operations. The intern will work closely with the Director of content syndication and gain direct exposure to how channels grow and perform on Snapchat.
This is an unpaid, part-time internship designed for current students receiving college credit. Interns must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for 10-20 hours per week over a 3-4 month term.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily Snapchat publishing workflows and content scheduling
  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars in Asana
  • Review edits daily to ensure content is platform-ready
  • Perform quality control on published and scheduled content
  • Write engaging, platform-appropriate headlines/titles
  • Assist with thumbnail creation as needed
  • Monitor analytics and summarize key wins, losses, and trends
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for channel growth and creative strategy
  • Surface insights to the team
