The Digital Marketplace Content Specialist brings the AriZona brand to life across an online shopping experience. This person will manage and optimize product content across eCommerce marketplaces and content syndication platforms. Responsibilities include coordinating product imagery, copy updates, enhanced brand content, product attributes, reviews initiatives, and other digital assets that strengthen AriZona’s online presence and improve the consumer experience.

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited about the fast-moving world of digital commerce. The ideal candidate understands how online product content works within CPG or retail environments and enjoys keeping brands fresh, accurate, and engaging across the digital shelf.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • KeepAriZona’sonline product pages fresh,accurate, and on-brand across Amazon, Walmart, and other major retailer sites.
  • Create, manage, and optimize ecommerce PDPs (Product Detail Pages), particularly but not limited to Amazon,Walmart,and Syndigo including setup, updates, and enhancements for titles, bullets, descriptions, and enhanced brand content.
  • Manage product listings, images, descriptions, enhanced content, and digital assets.
  • Help improve AriZona’s digital shelf presence by optimizing product pages for search, shopper engagement, and conversion.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, sales, and operations teams to support new launches, seasonal programs, packaging updates, and retailer initiatives.
  • Monitor ratings, reviews, and online content performance to spot opportunities and improve the shopper experience.
  • Troubleshoot content and syndication issues to ensure products appear correctly everywhere consumers shop online.
  • Manage and optimizee commerce PDPs (Product Detail Pages), particularly but not limited to Walmart, eBay & Amazon, including setup, updates, and enhancements for titles, bullets, descriptions, and Premium A+ content.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or other e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in food, beverage, CPG, or consumer brands preferred
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Walmart Seller Center
  • Familiarity with Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is a full-time, in-office position, located in Syosset, Long Island, New York.
