Job description

Noom is on a mission to help people live better, longer. We're a consumer-led digital health company, connecting people to content, coaching, community, and clinicians, to build lasting habits and live healthier lives. We're a high-growth organization powered by science, technology, and world-class talent. When you join Noom, on any team, you'll see the impact of your work on the world.
About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, B2B to own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of all B2B paid media and content syndication programs across Noom Health's Commercial segments: Employers, Consultants, Health Plans, PBMs, and Providers/Health Systems.
You will come in with a point of view, pressure-test what exists, and continuously raise the bar. You will own paid media, content syndication, and ABM programs end-to-end across the full funnel: from annual strategy through daily optimizations, from creative direction through pipeline attribution. You will bring clear thinking to every initiative and be accountable for measurable impact.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Own, define, and continuously evolve our full-funnel B2B paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and emerging channels, with a clear rationale for how each investment generates demand and drives pipeline
  • Lead paid media budget management: allocate, forecast, and report on spend efficiency and ROI to Finance and Marketing leadership
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the full funnel, translating buyer insights and segment priorities into targeted programs that drive engagement from awareness through conversion
  • Own content syndication programs through trade publications and B2B media partners to extend reach and generate leads within target healthcare verticals
  • Plan and execute ABM programs to engage in-market accounts across target verticals, leveraging intent data, firmographic targeting, and trade publication placements
  • Set creative direction and brief development in partnership with the internal Content and Creative teams; own the quality and consistency of all paid and syndicated assets from brief through final approval
  • Manage web projects and partner with the Web dev team on website optimization, landing page performance, and conversion rate optimization to support campaign and demand generation goals
  • Track, analyze, and present full-funnel lead generation performance from MQL to SQO+, with regular insights and strategic recommendations to leadership

What We're Looking For
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B paid media and performance marketing, with a track record of owning multi-channel paid strategies with full budget accountability in a B2B environment
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display), including running ABM campaigns with audience segmentation, intent-based targeting, and coordination across paid and syndicated channels
  • 3+ years of SEM experience with a strong understanding of how paid search connects to broader demand generation goals
  • Demonstrated experience with content syndication programs through trade publications and B2B media partners, ideally within healthcare or health tech
  • Expert-level proficiency in analytics platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with the ability to translate data into strategic action
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear briefs, present performance insights, and influence with confidence
  • B2B experience in healthcare, health tech, or benefits is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Wordpress, Looker, Mixpanel, or similar BI and CRM tools a plus

What Makes This Job Amazing
  • You will help millions of people lead healthier lives; the campaigns you run at Noom Health contribute to real behavior change, not just a transaction
  • You will own a function, not just a channel; this is a genuine seat at the table with real budget responsibility and strategic influence
  • You will join a close-knit, high-performing team that values transparency, moves with purpose, and rewards measurable results

What You'll Earn and Enjoy
  • Pay that reflects your impact. Compensation benchmarked to the market and shaped by your impact and value.
  • Investment in your future. A 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term financial security.
  • Time to truly recharge. Paid holidays, generous time off, Summer Fridays, and a company-wide Summer Break week so the whole team can unplug together.
  • Care that covers it all. Access to top-tier medical plans for you and your family, including a premium-free plan option, alongside dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Support for growing families. Paid parental leave to give you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most.
  • And more to help you thrive. Stock awards, performance-based bonus, and exclusive access to Noom's products, so you can grow with us, win with us, and enjoy what we build.

The base salary range for this position is $107,370 - $140,300. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton office locations, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
