Reporting to the Senior Omnicommerce Manager, the Associate Content Manager leads the execution and optimization of retailer content syndication, categorization, and ecommerce performance. This role owns product content integrity from end to end, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms while maximizing search visibility, shopper engagement, conversion, and alignment with evolving industry trends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Best-in-Class Content Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of optimized product content across digital platforms.
  • Retailer Content Optimization:Partner with brand teams to ensure accurate, complete, and optimized product information-including images, attributes, and descriptions-across all retailer platforms.
  • Digital Shelf Governance: Oversee digital shelf audits, resolve content discrepancies, and ensure consistency, accuracy, and retailer compliance.
  • Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyze sales, traffic, content health, and conversion data to identify performance drivers and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Assortment Optimization: Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the ecommerce assortment, driving growth and operational efficiency in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work effectively with internal Sales, Brand, Item Setup, and Agency teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelors' Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, or related field and 3+ years relevant marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
  • Leadership Experience:Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or though managing a process or project.
  • PIM & Platform Expertise:Experience with PIM and content syndication platforms such as Syndigo, 1WorldSync (1WS), Salsify, Item360, and AWS.
  • Strategic, Analytical & SolutionOriented Thinker: Strong strategic mindset with exceptional critical thinking, problemsolving abilities, and a solutionsfocused, innovative approach.
  • Project Management & Communication Excellence:Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail, paired with outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Influence & CrossFunctional Collaboration: Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively manage multiple agencies and crossfunctional teams.
