Job description

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Artwork & Packaging Operations Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, organizing digital assets, and learning the ropes of packaging operations in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

You'll work under the guidance of the Manager, Artwork & Packaging Operations and collaborate with cross-functional team members to support the behind-the-scenes work that brings our packaging and product content to life.

This role involves simple but important tasks like managing barcodes, supporting coupon creation, creating and updating case labels, and keeping our digital files and systems up to date. It's a great place to start if you're eager to learn, detail-oriented, and like working with systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAM Bill of Material Management
    • Support maintenance and accuracy of finished good Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP, ensuring artwork, packaging components, recipe and label information align with approved specifications and downstream systems
  • Case Label Support
    • Generate, update, and manage case labels used across production and shipping
    • Ensure all case label information is current and accurate in our systems
  • System Updates & Product Syndication
    • Support product data updates and image uploads on Syndigo and 1 World Sync
    • Work with team members to ensure consistent and correct product information across platforms
  • Reporting & Data Maintenance
    • Assist in creating basic reports to track packaging and artwork activities
    • Maintain internal trackers and documentation libraries

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
