Position Overview:

Rubrik is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing to lead our paid media strategy. This person will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing and will play a pivotal role in driving our paid media initiatives across a variety of channels. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media, and a proven track record of managing a team of paid media experts. This role will report to our HQ in Palo Alto on a hybrid basis.

What you'll be doing:
  • Develop and Own Paid Media Strategy: Lead the paid media strategy for Rubrik, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to engage, convert, and retain customers at every stage of their journey.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid media experts, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Strategic Planning and Optimization: Oversee the planning, tracking, and optimization of all paid media initiatives. Continuously find ways to improve efficiencies and drive higher yields.
  • Collaboration: Closely partner with other parts of the marketing team to activate offers and campaigns, ensuring cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Identify and prioritize key performance metrics to hit goals for MQLs, meetings, pipeline dollars, and units.
  • Proactive Communication: Maintain open and proactive communication channels within the team and with other departments, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Be willing to roll up your sleeves and actively support your team in campaign execution, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing to introduce new and exciting ways to activate our campaigns.
  • Motivation and Inspiration: Inspire, motivate, and drive your team to constantly aim high and achieve outstanding results.

  • Brand Management: Ensures that the brand's online presence is consistent and aligned with the overall brand message. 
Experience You'll need Qualifications:
  •  10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media. Proven experience leading and managing a paid media team.

Technical Proficiency:
