Job description

About Us:
U Trust Insurance Agency LLC is a growing insurance agency specializing in commercial trucking insurance. We help trucking companies and owner-operators across the United States manage their insurance needs with reliable service, clear communication, and strong internal support.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Social Media Manager who will not only manage our social media presence but also build and implement a strong brand positioning strategy.

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative professional who understands the full social media lifecycle- from planning and content creation to publishing and execution. This role goes beyond simply posting content; it requires hands-on involvement in producing engaging photos, videos, and other materials for our social media channels.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our team in Vancouver, Washington, and should be available to visit the office periodically to capture photos, record videos, cover company activities, and create authentic behind-the-scenes content. The person will be responsible for developing content across all our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage high-quality, engaging, and value-driven content that reflects the company’s mission and core values.

Grow and nurture our online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering meaningful interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, and HR) to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Plan and execute social media campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to optimize our content strategy.

Track and analyze performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between online and offline branding initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent storytelling and content creation skills (visual and written).

Access to a camera and content creation equipment (such as lighting, microphone, and other tools needed for producing engaging video and visual content).

Experience with paid social media advertising and audience targeting.

Proficiency in content management tools and social media analytics platforms.

Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Russian/ Ukrainian will be a plus.

Experience in the insurance, trucking, or B2B sector is a plus.

What We Offer:

Flexible work environment with a primarily remote setup and occasional in-office visits required for content creation (Vancouver, WA), filming, and team collaboration.

Competitive compensation based on experience.

A chance to shape and lead the social media and brand engagement strategy for a fast-growing company.

A collaborative and supportive work culture where your ideas are valued.

If you are a creative thinker passionate about social media engagement, we’d love to hear from you!

Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience for the above-mentioned position.

Note: We appreciate all applications, and we will thoroughly review each one to identify the best fit for the position. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further steps in the hiring process.
