The Senior Manager is also the content lead for major events and executive keynotes, shaping high-impact narratives for AMD’s most visible industry moments. This is a highly visible individual contributor role, partnering closely with senior executives, Product Marketing leaders, events, communications, PR, and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Storytelling & Presentation Development

  • Create world-class executive presentations for product launches, customer engagements, and industry events including CES, Computex, IFA, MWC, Advancing AI, and sales conferences.
  • Build compelling story arcs that transform complex technical products into clear, memorable narratives.
  • Develop presentation content from a blank page, including messaging, flow, supporting evidence, visuals, and executive speaking materials.
  • Work directly with senior executives to refine stories through iterative reviews while maintaining clarity, technical accuracy, and audience relevance.
  • Partner with design teams to ensure presentations achieve exceptional visual quality while preserving strong storytelling.

Product Marketing Content Leadership

  • Own the development of flagship product marketing content across launches, executive briefings, OEM presentations, sales enablement, solution briefs, white papers, and customer-facing materials.
  • Establish narrative frameworks and messaging standards that create consistency across AMD's client portfolio.
  • Serve as the editorial leader for major product marketing assets, ensuring technical accuracy, strategic positioning, and messaging excellence.
  • Coach and collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to elevate storytelling quality across the organization.

Executive & Cross Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Corporate Marketing, Communications, PR, Events, and Creative teams.
  • Translate highly technical concepts into customer-focused value propositions for a wide range of audiences.
  • Drive content development across multiple high-profile initiatives while balancing quality, speed, and executive expectations.

Modern Content Creation

  • Leverage generative AI tools throughout the content creation process to accelerate research, brainstorming, messaging development, presentation creation, and iterative refinement.
  • Continuously evaluate new AI-powered workflows that improve content quality, productivity, and storytelling effectiveness.
  • Apply sound editorial judgment to ensure all AI-assisted content meets AMD's standards for accuracy, originality, and technical credibility.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Deep experience in product marketing, content strategy, or related roles within the technology sector.
  • Strong preference for experience in semiconductors, hardware, or highly technical products.
  • Proven track record owning high-visibility content, including executive presentations and/or major event keynotes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior executives.
  • Deep experience collaborating with events, communications, PR, and agency partners.
  • Exceptional storytelling, editorial judgment, and narrative development skills.
  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with broad strategic ownership.

What Success Looks Like

  • A cohesive, high-quality client narrative across all product marketing content.
  • Executive confidence and satisfaction with keynote and event storytelling.
  • Strong alignment between Product Marketing, Sales, Comms, and Events.
  • Scalable frameworks that enable PMMs to move faster without sacrificing quality.
