Job description

We are looking for a Bilingual Content Strategist to shape and refine compelling English and Spanish messaging for audiences in Texas. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for a creative and strategic candidate who can balance brand voice, audience engagement, and content performance across multiple channels. The role will focus on planning, writing, editing, and adapting content that supports marketing goals while ensuring clarity, cultural relevance, and consistency.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and guide bilingual content plans that align with campaign goals, audience needs, and brand standards.
• Create original marketing copy in English and Spanish for digital, email, and promotional materials.
• Edit and improve written content to strengthen tone, accuracy, readability, and overall effectiveness.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to turn business objectives into clear messaging strategies and content deliverables.
• Translate and localize materials for Spanish-speaking audiences while preserving intent, style, and brand consistency.
• Manage email content initiatives in Mailchimp, including drafting, reviewing, and optimizing messaging for engagement.
